5th G GT4 calipers will fit the ST202. I've done it.
The GT4 pad is larger than the ST202 pad, so more friction area, discs are 4mm larger - so hardly...

Coilovers come with an adjustable strut mount.

And I'd say KYB strut mounts would be more than adequate...
