Rubber mallet to knock it loose. If you don't have a rubber mallet you can place a block of wood behind the rotor and hit the wood with a hammer.

Had the same prob. One, take off parking brake. Two, there should be holes for some bolts to go through, get the right size (cant remember anymore..been awhile) and thread them till it comes off.
I use PB Blaster to get my nuts off all the time. Try something like that.

Breaking Axles...
The proper bolt size, if these are stock, are the same bolts as are used to secure the caliper to its bracket -- which makes sense, seeing as how you have to remove the caliper to get the rotor off.
