I am not really looking for great stability improvement, as I have a 7A-FE lol and I drive safe, I just want to lower her a little
Can I just get the springs, and lower it with my stock struts? Or will I need to get the more expensive things?
Sorry I know this must be somewhere, I cant find it, just neeed a simple explanation.
Also, I know the is contradictory to what I said before but will the Megans or Tein make me handle better?
Are they any good?

From what I understand, no expert.

Putting lowering springs on old stocks is just going to blow them, so you need to get new struts either way.

You can get the springs fine on some KYB Gr2, and just get either springs. Can't remember the drop on each, but sure the link tells.

Or coilover sleeves are another option, bouncy though....but work.

I have those struts, them seem fine to me, like stock replacement. I use coilsleeves, but not the ones linked below, mine were much cheaper, but I pay for that with bouncy riding, but it doesn't bother me. They stick to the ground good, i'm not a real agressive driver. Got it lower, and tighter on turns, so its works for a DD for me.

you wont need new struts with teins unless you really wanna knock two birds out with one stone.

the price of lowering with springs and struts will add up quickly. buy coils... you were looking at those megans.

if you do lower with springs you should get new struts, the spring obviously, and a camber kit.

i'd go coil, but to each his own. with a coil you can adjust ride height and damping; with springs you get whatever they give you.

Tein S techs : 1.5 FR 1 R
Tanabe DF210: 2 FR 1.6 R
GF210: 1 FR 0.7 R
NF210: 1.2 FR 1 R
Megan: 1.9 FR 1.7 R
Intrax: 1.8 FR and R

Either way you'll have to replace your shocks sooner or later. Im due for another shock swap soon (1yr and 1/2 since drop)

With your Veliside Rep Kit I would do a healthy Tanabe NF or GF or the max i'd go is the Tein springs
