installing rotors problems...after getting new new emergency shoe brak - 6G Celicas Forums
ben...you available for any help?
I just did the same on my car did the brake hardware kit and shoes...the drums did NOT want to go back on over the shoes...they were hitting in 2 places...i ended up taping them on with a hammer...and they were tight!! i just drove it until they wore down a bit!!
yeah....i found a solution....since the ebrake shoes didn't wore down as much compare to the new one...i just replaced one of the shoe with the new and left one side which is oem shoe on...it went in ok...thanks.
did you adjust the little adjuster at the bottom to make it all the way small?
yeah i use the adjuster....i tighten it all the way....
is the e-brake engaged when you're replacing the rotors?
