As I said, get the rotors measured. If they're to spec and still do not fit, then the e-brake assembly is incorrect....
$10 a piece sounds way too cheap for spacers where the thickness is "ask much as u want"....

Deffo lower pressure as you say. I would opt for an all-terrain rather than mud terrain as you dont want to be digging down into the sand....
