Ok, I've done some searchs on 6gc.net looking for what was in the Sport Option. So far this is what I have found:

Sealed Struts and Strut bar.

Was there anything else that was part of the sport package that I didn't find? Also would it be possiable to order the sport package parts?

Did the sport option come on the Celica convertible models? If not can I installed them? Sturt bar I know I can, but are the struts the same?

On some of the past fourms I found that they had a KYB Sealed Strut replacement, but I can't find it on there website. Anyone know where I can find information on this?

You can find the sealed KYB struts on kyboutlet.com; if I remember correctly all '99 Celicas were GT Sport suspension models so put that in as the year of the car you have.

Also, when I replaced my stock Sport suspension I used KYB sealed struts.

That's good to know, but I'm guessing it's only the struts that are from the sports option? Currently my vert does not have strut bars which it should'nt correct?
