So, if I change the lower arms, banana arms and the figure8, do I need to re-align the wheels after?
And if I still hear the squeeking sound, and I don't fix it, is it dangerous after a while?

The general consensus on changing any major suspension part (esp 3 pices), is usually to follow the job with an alignment.
