So i bought a "new" 7A-FE and it has 60k on it (obviously was drained and cleaned before i put it in) and I put in I think Castrol 10W-30
And I just wanted to know If i can still switch to synthetic? ...

I have a VIS invader kit and, my friend said he had to get rid of his crash bar (different car) to install his bodykit, is this true? anyone know? thanks
