alright i was driving my car and i turned on the air conditioning and somthing was hitting the fan somebrown (what i thought was dust came out) so i turned it off figured i got some paper stuck in it....

my engine is making a slaping noise around 3k rpm range letting off the gas it stays till around 2k any know what it might be i need to fix it
