Rim/Tire question help? - 6G Celicas Forums

My friend just got 18x7.5 rims. Got tires for them, 225/40ZR18 (some brand called NEXEN).
The mechanic was trying to put the tires on the rim, but it will not properly seat against the rim. About 15...
