Coolant Leak
I have coolant leaking from either the thermostat housing or the metal tubing (?) that joins the engine block at about the same location....
bump the starter.
theres also threaded bolt holes in the pulley but i never had luck with those...
get some PB Blaster and soak it, then let it sit for a bit...
