S54 gearbox - 6G Celicas Forums

Hi, I'm in the uk and have put a 2nd gen 3sgte in my st202 celica. I'm currently using my gt gearbox which is an s54. I have used my 3sge rev 3 flywheel on the engine. Just want to know if the 5sfe uses the same flywheel and clutch pattern?

3sgte flywheel will work, but u need to get a clutch with an s54 spline, and must use a pressure plate for a 3sgte.

Thanks but I want to keep my current flywheel. Does the 5sfe clutch match the 3sge?

you need the 3sge flywheel, 5sfe disc, 3sge pressure plate, and 5sfe throw out bearing
