put some silicone gasket maker around the outside edge of the sensor, and squish it on. it should hold well, but be easily removed...
also the steering radius to the tire center makes a difference, so putting spacers or a different rim may help make it better/worse

check timing, and check if conected the ground to the intake manifold....
