Can you take a vid of the engine? Could be as simple as...
Change the spark plugs, check for the air filter and fuel filter. Also check if your throttle body is all clogged up.

i went to a exhaust shop supplying the an aftermarket muffler that i bought and had them make me a 2.5" cat-back exhasut and put the muffler on for me...
