Sorry to hear that Ty . My friend Jennifer (Mz. Integress) was originally going to go to the Penske Toyota meet cause I invited her, but since it was cancled, I invited her to hang out with us at Scandia instead .

EDIT: The April 26th meet might be postponed . There's a track day on the same day, and a lot of people want to go to that. Marco, it's ok though cause like, I got something else we can do on that day muhahaha.

Oooo i like boba . Hmm about colonge I don't have enough to use a different one everyday haha. I used to use Cool Water by Davidoff and Hugo boss. Arg ok back on track hahaha. I'm sure we will have enough time to grab Boba later on in the day. I'm not sure if a Scandinivian themed park will have boba or not .

Speaking of interiors, Marco, yours is going under a complete makeover, but I forgot to order all the switches so we'll have to go buy some on Saturday. But as for everything else, I think we are all set. I will want to buy some wiring tomorrow or saturday . I would like to get some 16 gauge and some fuses possibly. We are going to do the most cleanest set up in your car Marco .

well, probably gonna subtly paint my dash pieces, leather my middle console area, leather some other stuff up, and increase the lighting inside of the dash as well as the dome light. if i drop something in my car in the middle of the night i have to look at the black hole of my leather seats/floor and won't find what i'm looking for :\ i just saw a writeup in eurotuner about replacing the dome/accessory lights with bright LEDs. made a world of a difference inside

also, i gotta fix my hatch cuz i took off my spoiler and i gotta fill/sand it down n smooth it out cuz the guy before me didn't buy a decent mounting kit with the spoiler and therefore pretty much effed up the trunk. maybe i'll just put my spoiler back on to temporarily cover up the damages..but it looks so nice without one

i still need to get that black hood from craig..been laggin on that too.

derrick do you know if the toyota dealerships will beat online prices for OEM toyota parts? i remember somebody saying that they did, however i think he was in canada :\

I think we can price match the part at Longo Toyota. I remember a guy coming in and asking about that. I think they need a printed reciet or quote or something like that so that they can price match it. With my discount I can usually get parts for cheaper than the online price, but only for OEM parts, not TRD parts. TRD parts are usually exspensive anywhere.

You know, I would really really really like to go to Hawaii some day. Ofcourse not just for the Celica meets, but it seems like a really great place to live. About scheduling the meets, I know what you mean . Hmm so far no updates on the 6gc, just trying to make it track standards, and for that to be done, I need to get a roll caged welded in just because I'm a convertible. How lame is that. The minimal requirement is the 4 point cage. I'm going to put the 4 point cage with a harness bar, just because I will still be driving the car on the street. I'm going to need to take the Lambo doors off because it could be a track safety issue when competing in events. There's really no rule about it, but it's just for personal reasons. Hmm.. other than that, my body shop guy has been hiding so I haven't been able to talk to him about the body repairs and paint job yet. My Spoiler is starting to annoy me ever since Marco said something about it. So I will probably take that off when I have time to make a custom one. And.. Curren tails are in my trunk, just waiting for the car to be painted first. And... yeah, I think that's about everything I'm doing before I move. Whatever I don't use on my car will go to waste basically. And... I'm taking my car to get smog checked tomorrow . Early in the morning, then some family stuff, and then some Marco stuff. Also... I think there's one more major thing I'm doing to my car, but I don't recall right now... Hmmm oh well, I'll let you know when it's all done . Sleepy time for Derrick.

It's good, but It should be gone within the next month. It's an amazing car, but it's just too amazing as is and has too much potential. I just don't have the same inspiration to work on it as I have with my Celica. The Celica is the underdog, it's different than what all the other guys in magazines are doing. With the s2000, I would have to do SOOOO much to it just to be noticed or different, but in the end it will just still be just another s2000 ya know? When people look at these higher end cars like Supras, RX-7 or even the Alltrac. Yes, they turn heads, but you have to ask yourself why they turn heads. Is it because any hard work you put into the car? Probably not, to them, your just another Supra or RX-7, they take their pictures and don't even care to know who the driver or builder is. But my Celica has become it's own image, when people see my car, they know it's MY car. There's never a question of "oh I thought I saw you driving on this street today." When people around here see my Celica, there's no doubt about it. Sometimes my friends will say, "Oh hey, I saw a Celica just like yours the other day." And I can say with confidence, "No. No you didn't ".
