These lenses will only be GOOD if you are going to RETROFIT projectors in your headlights. If you put these clear lenses on your STOCK lights - you will not have ANY CUT OFF - and will be blinding EVERYONE ON THE ROAD. Cuz frosted lense on celica headlights is for proper light disperse and proper cut off.

On the newer cars (when they have clear glass and NO projectors) reflector housing is formed so - that it could disperse the light and make the cutoff, glass has no impact on all this. On our celicas - its vise versa (glass disperse the light and makes cutoff - reflector only focuses light to the glass)

I'm glad Romas wrote it first with much better English than I have wink.gif I don't like nag at any project but he is true to the letter frown.gif.

That sounds great. I wonder what it would look like if all four headlights were low and high beams? I'm in for a set. Could I get two sets of projectors?

projectors? The pics will be of the OEM lights with the lenses on

I might be interested. but I'm not sure yet. I'd need to see pics of them installed and to see if I'll still be able to see at night (I have HIDs) but without blinding people.

If you have HIDs (in a halogen reflector housing) you are already blinding people.

Once I see them, I'll jump in. Also, will I be able to use the HID kit from our HID group buy? I haven't installed those bad boys yet. tongue.gif

ok here's some more pics. Keep in mind that these are NOT glued on yet. Just sitting on the lights. Also on the pics with the black front piece. I will be offering this service as well if you would like to ship me your lights if you plan on me installing your new lenses also.

Great Job Dustin, those lights really look nice and clean.

try to make a quick connection and have a bulb on the housing to see how's the pattern now.

I will check the pattern most likely in a few days... I am trying to find a clear adhesive to seal up the lights that is not permanent. If you are 100% sure getting these regardless of light output, PM me and you may get to be the test lights if you can mail me a set.
