i would try and source one used, someone like www.chicoraceworks.com may be able to source one for you, or if not, will prolly know where you can.

Listen man may be you can help with the ST202 S54 gbox will i need to use the st205 cables and shafts???? or are they the same? there are alot of people telling me diff stories which is it if you know?

You know any good clutchs for the S54 just in case? rated 500+bhp

jesus. i would sell my soul to the devil to do what you are doing.

nice job alan, keep up the good work

biggrin.gif ill keep everyone updated on the project dont worry

for the s54 you would use the st-202 cables and shafts, for the 202 tranny, the cables should be the same as the 204, but the shafts on the 202 IIRC are thicker.

as for clutchs, im in the same boat as you, albiet a bit lower power range..lol once you get over 320hp at the flywheel, your options get pretty limited to a unsprung race disk, pretty much.
however, i have been pondering the possibility of useing a fidanza 3sgte pressure plate, which has slotted bolt holes (so that it can fit 5s cranks in stroker applications) with a 3s clutch disk, with s54 splines, which would open up the options as far as disk/pressure plate combo go

its already in FWD config, you just need to move the linkage to the back side, just a few parts

how is it already in FWD config, if he needs to move the linkage, which is what is required for FWD use? lol

your also gonna need the shifter cable bracket from a v6 camry or solara, ST205 mounts and brackets, and shifter cables.

do u have pics of the parts i need?
you already have the linkage parts, just move them from the front of the tranny, to the back, so it looks like this: (you are going to have to drill and tap 2 holes for the arm that bolts onto the tranny with the 2 bolts.)

and the shifter cable bracket looks like this:

once the tranny looks like that, then all you need is st-205 mounts, brackets, and shifter cables.

Do u no where i can get the brackets from?
