Dammit gang, that weekend is no good for me.

did you guys decide on a location? Eastern NJ isnt to open, to many traffic lights. Are there other options we could look into ?

We'll have to see what happens with the NJ state budget to see if beaches open, right now alot of stuff is closed down...but I was thinking that it would be awesome to do a cruise to the Jersey shore to Sandy Hook, LBI, etc and enjoy some beach and Celicas.
Like I've said though, I'm cool with anything just as long as its not congested and/or unpleasant to drive.

what if we moved this to friday and merged it into the shore thing.
so we go to this park fri afternoon and around dusk when it closes we cruise down to the jersey shore and get a house or hotel rooms or whatever you guys were planning to do and stay the weekend or however long. i wouldnt expect there to be any traffic going to the shore on a fri night. sat morning would probably be hell though

I'm game for that, one problem. During the summer most hotels require a two day stay minimum. This means you cant book a room unless you plan on staying atleast two nights. This would work out for most of us, but could be a problem for people that can only stay one night.
Sandy Hook is a nice area, they have a huge park right on the beach. I was also at point pleasant a few weeks ago, very nice town to cruise in.
Sunday night traffic would be a PITA though
