Meet anyone? - 6G Celicas Forums

This is originally posted in www.alltrac.net but is being posted in as many Toyota sites i can find.

I am trying to gather interest in an all out TOYOTA meet. I'm talking about Celicas, Supras, MR2's, Scions, Corollas, ETC.... all in one place at the same time.
The location: Western PA. www.beaverun.com
Attraction: Rallycross, Autocross, Show and Shine, Maybe some parade laps and Dinner.
Cost: Not set YET but looking to be around $50 or so
When: Yet to be decided but looking to be around late June or July.

Lodging is up to you but the website has a few Hotel/Motels to look at.
I will share with someone to split the cost of a room. Could be an option for you.
I'm trying to create an event that's different than the usual parking lot meets. Let me know what you guys think. I'll take any suggestions and or help I can get. If you know of any Toyota sites i can go to, please let me know.

Yeah, there still isn't a SET price but that was a close price to what the event is going to hold. Which includes rallycross, autocross show and shine and dinner.

Good deal in my opinion. plus there is some time to save up.

More details will come soon. first i have to gather as much interest as possible to work on the price and to see if the event is worth having. So the more interest, the more chances this is going to happen.

bori have you called beaver track and organized yet? If you need help let me know... beaver is about a 30 min drive from me.

I may just decide to make this one.

Interesting... I was just looking at the garage bays that the rent per day. What do you guys think, would it be a good idea for me to rent one so that if anyone needs some minor or emergency work done I'm available for it?

beaver run is awsome...me and my buddies drift up there all the time..i brought dave (dg performance) up on tim in his mr2..he nearly shat himself cause of how much fun he had
