My high beams have some condensation in them.... its driving me absolutely nuts. Anybody have any suggestions on what to do to get it out or what is causing this? It rained here for about two months ...

When I bought my car last august, it had those cheesy purple peel-on tints. They were done really well and aren't bubbled or anything, but I want to take them off and have them re-done the right way....
