be careful about sandblasting, make sure there is no sand on the inside of the valve cover, as in the 5sfe the metal plates are not removable...

Check if you're knock sensor is working. If it isn't, your ECU is retarding timing about 10-15 deg and the car will feel super sluggish....
basically yes. the ST205 has a few rare ones, but otherwise, it's just the generic ebay header, and from there you just have to customize it yourself...
