Did you have your control arms tightened down as suggested in the thread you linked to?...
Depends on your price range and what you plan on doing with your car. If its just a DD any of those 2 would be fine....
After you lower the car make sure you take it in for an alignment. This will help correct some of the camber, but I would still recommend a camber kit...
