Any cel? If alt fuse is blown, most likely you have a bare wire somewhere. So, replacing that fuse(if its blown) will just blow again...
`96 celica is obd1, and bridged e1 and te1 must operate, unless blown EFI fuse, or broken cable in the installation......
and once you get it figured out please be sure and post, I like to find out ahead of time in case mine starts doing the same thing
