S54 transaxle. Was going to rebuild this thing but just bought another S54-06D. Everything is here except the differential. It has the typical 2nd gear downshift grind and occasional 3rd gear upshift grind. Otherwise all is good.

not sure how the conversion thingy works. i have the original gauge cluster ecu board that came from my car when i got it from san diego with the 3sge beams redtop installed.

all did was swap over the 240 km/h which is basically the same speed coverage as the USA 140mph speedo gauge.

the range of this japan 180 km/h gauge is completely different from the usa one....
