Hello guys I have just get an ST205 that has been sitting for 6 years. I assume the reason was put aside is the clutch is in bad condition. Before remove the engine and transmission what you guys suggest to have in mind. I 've never had a car that was sitting for so long period of time therefore I need some ideas as to what parts I must have before pulling everything apart. Mainly engine components.
I know I should have:

timing belt
2 inner tensioners and the hydraulic one
cam seals
crankshaft seals front and rear
Oil pump seals and gasket
thermostat
water pump
perhaps I will need the valve cover gasket as well
alternator -air con belt and tensioner
power steering pump, tensioner

gearbox and transfer box seals
release bearing
clutch-pressure plate

The engine will be removed from the car therefore I want to change possible causes that may cause issues, especially those which are located in hard to reach areas and would be a pain to be replaced when the engine and transmission is back on the car.

fuel filter, spark plugs, anything simple
also being that it has a driveshaft you may want to change the u joints caue they are probably seized after sitting for so long and will give you a vibration

All fluids, filters, and oils, as well as any hoses or seals that look dried out. Depending on how it was stored and if it truly sat still for 6 years with no movement at all brakes will need gone through and may need to replace the struts since twin-tube struts and shocks don't like to sit.

I would add new tires onto the list as well. depending on how it "sat" tires could be old, worn, dried, cracked and would definitely have flat spots on them.

Oh yes, definitely those as well. Even if they were off the car, unless they were relatively new and stored in a climate controlled and dark space they're most likely due for replacement.

Difinately all fluids will be replaced! I have also replaced the tires and I m ordering genuine fuel filter, complete overhaul gasket kit, waterpump, timing belt, idler gears and tensioner as well as gearbox and tranferbox seals. I will be ordering later on some seals for the rear diff and perhups an aftermarket kit I have found from tcb to replace all the hoses if necessary. I also added oem thermostat and toyota cooland, will be replacing the radiator cap too. As for my shocks are aftermarket adjustable coilovers so I may rebuild them if necessary. I will be replacing my clutch but using a new oem release bearing. I was mostly after replacing things inside the engine since the rest can be done when the engine is back on the car.

Since I m a noob in st205 can anyone suggest oils to run in gearbox/transferbox and the rear diff?
I was considering getting them from toyota, but surely toyota must get them from somewere else and sell them under their name. Not looking to cheap out, but I have so many expenses that finding equivalent quality to oem products might help at least getting the car to the road and go for a respray. If not then I will be going with the products provided by toyota dealer.

i myself do not know much about the 205s either but i would imagine its a 75w 90 gear oil for both thats what toyota likes to use in diffs and manual transmissions
