Hi i got a celica 97 JDM Import trying to setup the reverse light to the new manual transmission i installed, can some one help me with the wiring for that.
i already fix the starting without clutch just need to fix the reverse light part now.

the power for the light is supplied on the same line as power for the speed sensor. you have to dig into the wiring bundle and look for the wire that grounds when you select reverse. you will have to buy the plug for the reverse sensor from the dealer.

do you have the wiring diagrams? have you seen my auto to manual V6 thread? i have lots of details in there

nvm i figure out the wiring, the speedometer one is different,
the reverse wire is in the harness with a bunch of wires that did plug into the auto transmission
