Found out that my engine was low on compression, and that most of the oil galleries were clogged, so I got a good deal on a parts car, and I am currently in the middle of an engine swap.
The parts car even had a little exhaust on it, and I think i am going to put it on my car.
Anything I need to do while the engine is out of the car?
Timing belt/oil pump.
Also I am using the transmission from my current car, and using the engine from the new car.

Since the engine is out I'd clean the engine bay and replace the fuel filter, then would do timing as well as the water and oil pump on the replacement engine. That and just a general look over, if anything looks to need replaced now would be the time.

Yeah that is what I was thinking. If you remember box how I said I was gonna buy a convertible at first. It is that car.. I got a good deal on it cause he couldn't find the title.
