i would like to change my side skirts, front bumper, and hood to gt4....is it all plug and play or are there some mods i will have to do before installation?

If I recall correctly sideskirts for the coupe/convertible are different than those for the liftback, then of course anything for the rear is different. Front bumper and hood will be the same but the GT-Four was a little different than the rest so the conversion takes a little work: http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=63523

sideskirts install quite simply. just have to cut off the tabs and find a way to attach it.
definitely use the search button in the top right corner to help you find these simple answers.
