Hey everyone, I was wondering, what is the size of the stock air filter intake?? I know, i should just go and measure it, but I already have and its 2.5". I made a post before and some guys told me that you can clamp some pod filters straight on, but around here (perth, australia) all the filters are universal size (3-3.5", how that is universal?? i havent got a clue because shouldnt universal be one size lol) but yeah... because i dont want the intake replaced because i have a thingy there that improves fuel economy (by 25% >>) but yeah.. just not sure what the size is??

just get a 3inch that has a clap on the end and tighten it until its snug.

okay.. but what about the unrigidness (is that a word?? >> ) of the stock piping? (which leads to not being able to clamp the filter on tightly)
