have you checked whether it's in good working condition?
did you modify the wiring a bit? jdm switch is installed on the right side but switch should be installed on the left w/ left side mirror in case of usdm celica.

Sorry for the delay, I did not get a notification. The mirrors were removed from a JDM GT-Four. I did not install them on my car as I already have a gt4 with folding mirrors. I have no reason to believe anything is wrong with them, however if a proper test was very important I could test them out.
