do i need to remove the front bumper to remove the fog lights to change a bulb.

im just upgrading to the 96 front and i want the fogs cuz it looks sweet and i jus ordered the gt-4 hood from that group buy and im gonna buy the lip kit that one of our guys are selling on the forum
