1. Car will not reverse

E-Brake is off
Attempted in Reverse and Neutral and still does not work
It is currently on incline

2. Shift Solenoids are not receiving power

Note: The transmission was indirectly pulled from a 97 Camry (A140E on a 99 Celica GT)

Edit: I forgot to add that the year of my Celica is 1995. This wouldn't affect the compatibility would it?

if the solenoids are not getting power, then you have a wiring issue

Do you know where I can order the wiring harness (in stock) to the ECM?

before you spend hundreds on a harness, first figure out whats broken. 2.00 to fix a broken wire is better than 400 for a harness

You need to listen to smaay get wiring diagrams and trace the issue
