C goes to the harness and I'm assuming the B is possibly a ground.

A looks like positive to battery, B looks like ground to frame/firewall, and C looks like ignition signal from switch to solenoid.

Ground wire needs redone, all raggedy and such.

Pop the solenoid cover off while it's off the car and refresh or replace the copper contacts.
