i bought Front clip swap days ago St205 .planning to convert the ST205's gearbox to FWD from AWD , is there anybody who did this or knows how ?

pretty sure it never works out well with the e154f. Something always breaks premature from the conversion.
its not easy and its very expensive. you have to first separate the transfer case. then open the trans and remove the differential. (AWD has a long shaft in it for the transfer case) then you need to buy either an open differential from a camry/solara, or LSD . you need the new cover plate and axle seal.

i'll try it and if it will work i will post it step by step:D . but for sure that is gonna be full "lock" the GT4 trans is 50-50 right ? the car probably will not turn hahahah
