Does the PCV system vent into the intake manifold at any point? Obviously, it should vent back to the intake system at some point, but I'm trying to determine where - before or after the throttlebody.

On the 5S-FE it's after the throttle body. Are you missing yours?
Where the black hose is slipped off, and you can see the valve at the bottom of the hose.
