Car failed emission
Results:
HC(%) standard 147 current 124. PASS
C0(%) standard 0.82. current .55. PASS

NOx(ppm) high speed standard 107 . Current 1301
And low speed standard 1186 current 1448

I failed by like 300 points lol
What can I do to fix it
Car idles fine at 800 rpm I've already done a full tune up
Please help find the cure /:

The EGR system is designed to lower combustion temperature to reduce NOx formation, if it's not working properly you'll have high NOx numbers. The catalytic converter also converts NOx but since your other numbers look good I'm not sure it's gone bad. Timing (spark timing or mechanical timing) being off can affect NOx as well.
