The common accepted HP capacity of a 3SGTE bottom end in stock form is around 450 HP. You can sniff over 900 HP with a cost is no option approach to engine building... I'm not sure how practical that is since the aftermarket support for the platform has died down substantially and parts will be harder to come by.
