I just picked up a 94 Celica gt four a month ago. I am new to jdm and just bought it as my winter/daily car. While inspecting under the hood and reading into the car I noticed the deleted antilag system, intercooler squirters and water meth injection. Is there any other ways to tell for sure? Also what does that mean for the value?
May have bought a wrc without knowing - 6G Celicas Forums
Thats about all to recognize a wrc. It doesnt do anything for value though, only makes the car heavier...

The WRC variants are slightly more valuable. And although not specifically stated, there has always been speculation that they made slightly more power due to the fact that those engines were cherry picked off the production line as the best examples to go into the homologation cars.

Ok, well regardless of monetary value the car has gone up in value for me. It's gone from just a daily driver to a restoration project. I'll be on this site more asking for opinions and trying to find stock parts to bring it up to its original glory.
May I suggest you to join the GT4OC. Costs a small amount to join but gives you a ****load of information and knowledge in return

First, congrats on the gt-four purchase.
Second, you can tell it's a WRC by the shape of the heatshield above the exhaust manifold.
