It seems like my fuse just went out because when I click the button I can hear it but it's not working. There is a fuse labeled DEF but that fuse is good. Can someone help?

If you can hear it working, the issue is probably bigger than a fuse.
Also how can you hear the defrost working? (Assuming you're referring to the stripes on the window.)
