Topic #9472 9 posts Started by Redline_Racer

Yes after a weekend that seemed like it lasted for ever I finally got my car back with my new performance Clutch and Light weight fly wheel, I also got a new front axle. I threw my head back hard the first time I drove it when I got it back, shifting from 1st to 2nd I couldn't say anything all I did was smile the whole way home.

I love you celica,

wow nice work man, congratz
what kind of clutch and flywheel?
and for how much?!
i might get it done myself >smile.gif>
My Mech. said it is a Clutch Master, as for a specific type name.. lol I have no clue. Its a Zex Flywheel, he said they are new but hey I like there NOS system so it can't be that bad. Its an ordinary axle.

All together he charged me $640.00, he hooked me up good cause my Dad and I did his Bel-aire interior.

A nitrous oxide system system? NOS is a bran (Nitroux Oxide Systems). I'm sure you were looking for 'nitrous'

Sounds nice RR, congrats. What'd the flywheel go for?

Haha sorry man, NOS is one of the Name Brand Item Association things my bad. He wrote that the Fly wheel was $175, wow I just realized he only charged me $142 for labor, what a great guy.

Sweet! >smile.gif> That's an awesome price! My Clutch Masters stage one clutch kit, a different throwout bearing, and my JUN lightweight flywheel alone were $625. I can't wait to drive the car with my new parts on it. >smile.gif>

New Toyota project coming soon...
holy crap you got hooked up, and you got some good products too! Make sure you wear in the clutch though, it needs about 500 miles of moderate driving.
