would it be bad to ride stock shocks with lowering springs ?
They will blow eventually, but it can be done. The lower the springs the faster they will blow.
I did it for a couple months

You're going to be in there anyway changing out springs, might as well go ahead and replace the struts while you're at it. A set of KYB struts is about $200 off eBay or RockAuto.

yeah i just changed them all out to the kyb ones and my boy gave me his lowering springs cause he bough coilovers so i was just wondering cause there a 2 inch drop and there already settled i just don't want to blow these new struts to fast u know what i mean ?
The KYB are rated for up to a 1.5" drop, what I had with my Tein springs.

I was assuming you had stock shocks, on the KYB's you should be good to lower 2 inches (tien's. most likeyl?).
That's what im running with no issues.
