Vacuum lines - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #93624 4 posts Started by skogs
I currently have two seperate vacuum lines running from the engine bay and to a boost gauge and a boost controller inside the car. They are connected via two T-pieces spliced into the dump valve vacuum line. Could this cause a problem? The HKS barely makes a sound, instead there is a faint flutter-sound, too much stuff in the vacuum line maybe?

i would have all those on dedicated lines. When you T into the boost controller and BOV bad things might happen.

I think i will remove the boost gauge since the controller has a display anyway, so that will eliminate one. Where can i put the controllers line then?
Can i use this as the source for the boost controller (where the blank hose is connected)? I connected it to the boost gauge, and its responding faster than when it was connected to the dump valve. Do i need a filter?
