I have one but it needs a little bit of work and I'm from Canada..
(There is no grill nor the bars on which the grill attaches. Also a few small rivets holes the PO did)

I picked up the GT4 front conversion from Celi_Wabbit a few months ago. I may know of someone here in NY who has the set for sale if you are still looking.
