sorry ive been so damn busy. i tried to get ahold of sean yet again today, no answer, i hope nothing has happened to him. ill try again tomorrow, and each day after that till i get ahold of him.

Oh oh... doesn't sound good. heh. But anyhow, how do I get the sideskirts?

i still havent gotten ahold of sean, theres people over at xceedspeed looking for him as well. his phone hasnt been disconnected or anything... hes just not there, hopefully something isnt going on, and hopefully something hasnt happened to him...

It totally baffles my mind because he didnt seem like the kind of guy to skip town or anything. We cant totally rule out if he has had a serious injury or anything but i really have no way of contacting him. ive tried numerous emails as well as phone calls nearly every day. its very odd because of he filled alot of orders from people before he disappeared. There are quite a few people at Xceedspeed as well as other places that he has money from. he was "sponsoring" 3 local clubs in the detroit area, mine was the only one that fortunatly didnt have money invested when he disappeared. But everyone here is like a club in its own, and it looks like we got taken. i was talking to the owner of another of the clubs and apparetly sean disappeared with about $1500 from them, and around $2000 from another club. i added up what ive got and it looks like he has about 1200 from the 6gc owners. i wish there was a way to re-emburse you guys for the money lost but i myself am too broke to dole out that kind of money. sorry guys, me and Adam, the owner of the other club, are going to keep pressing on this and see what we can turn up, if anything big happens i will let you guys know.

Shouldn't autoxtasy honor our orders since we sent the money to them for the parts anyway?

theres nothing the cops can do about it, the only way to get the money back would be to take it up with paypal, but its over the 30 day period paypal allows. >>

Yea but you could still put a warrent out for him.

some of the people at xceedspeed put a court order out so i talked to one of the guys and hes going to give me a call if they hear anything. so we'll see what happens.

also, please everyone who ordered them repost and put the ammount you sent and how it was sent, if you have any reciepts from the transaction IE PayPal emails, please keep them in a safe place where they wont get deleted.

i got the sides and sent out $190 via cashiers check.

i put in 190 dollars through PayPal...

PayPal should be reasonable enough to ignore that 30 day rule for this moment and give us our money back !!! >>

i remember when i was the first one on the list for this group buy...i talked to Sean couple times on the phone to arrange a local pickup but he never called me back after trying to call him a countless number of times....sounds pretty shady

thats the thing aznxrussel, the first 2 or 3 times i dealt with him he was completely opposite... then he just like, stopped. If he was at all shady like that the first few times i dealt with him i would have never set this thing up >>

I thought this sale was being backed by the shop he worked from? Was he getting the deal or was the shop getting the deal? As I remember I paypaled to a shop email.

Why isn't the shop honoring the sale? He was working for them.

"autoxtasy motorsports" is sean's company that was just getting started, it did not have a store front itself, sean is a financial consultant for a wheel shop out in california, from there he was starting out his own company with a few other co-owners, i never got in touch with the co-owners because i never felt i needed to or any of this would be a problem.

So is "autoxtasy motorsports" dead? Where can we contact the co-owners. This was made out to sound like a shop was getting the deal.
