Try uploading to YouTube or Photobucket since they're global sites. Ehh...until then just to throw out the obvious check all of your fluid levels: oil, power-steering, transmission, etc...

Our engines have solid lifters, they can be quite noisy even though they are running fine. You could check the valve shim clearances, they are supposed to be done every ~75,000 miles. Based upon the limited description in your post it sound like youre talking about the valve lifters but go ahead and post a video to be sure.
Thanks for replies Video link now working, link in first post.

Going to change all fluids this week. Have no idea how to upload to you tube kindasad.gif But the link should now work.

Thanks for your reply.
Hmm if anything it's valve clearances like Edy said, it is more or less time for it. Not sure if it's carried over in the UK, but Rislone quietens valve-train noise.

Thanks for reply, do you know if its an expensive job by a garage, its not something I would feel confidante in tackling.
Shouldn't be too bad, but you'll just have to shop around. Prices vary from location to location, and from shop to shop.
