Hi everyone, I was an idiot today and snapped one of the oil pan bolts on my 1994 ST. The bolt head sheared off at the pan leaving nothing to grab onto to remove the broken shank. Short of removing the whole pan and getting the bolt out that way, what would you guys recommend?

Doesn't necessarily have to be that kit, but a screw extractor will get the job done.

Any idea what size those bolts are? I know the head size is 10mm, the shank looks to be something like 5 or 6mm. Not sure what the thread size is though.
Usually it goes like:
10mm head: M6 bolt
12mm head: M8 bolt
14mm head: M10 bolt
17mm head: m12 bolt
19mm head: m14 bolt
10mm head: M6 bolt
12mm head: M8 bolt
14mm head: M10 bolt
17mm head: m12 bolt
19mm head: m14 bolt

Drill out the center of the bolt and use an extractor tool. It will screw into the hole reverse threaded, so eventually it bottoms out and starts to turn the bolt counterclockwise
My oil dipstick tube was snapped off in the block, I got it out like a piece of cake with an extractor and that thing is a bear to get out even when it isnt broken off in the block

tack weld something of smaller diameter onto it and unscrew it?
the extractor method works good. what I usually do is start with a small drill bit and work my way up until there is nothing left of the original broken bolt. ill run a tap in the hole to clean up the threads. done!
