The one I have (but haven't installed yet) bolts up between the two rear tow hooks, then up into the rear bumper support (holes are pre-drilled on the car) and then one more that you need to drill through the spare wheel well.
Mine is made by Boronia Towbars in Australia. Hayman and Reece also make one in Australia of an identical design. Toyota did have them as a genuine accessory, but they have been discontinued for a while. Not sure what other brands there are around you.
