I have access to a gen 1 3sge B pipe so im wondering if a gen 1 3sge B pipe fit on a redtop beams exhaust manifold? Is there any modifications that need to be done? Ive done many searches and found nothing about the fitment of the gen 1 B pipe.

You can make a 3rd gen 3S-GE b pipe work but not a 1st gen. For the cost of the OEM b pipe, it's almost the same price to have an exhaust shop fabricate one for you.

Sure they can. 
Check out Batman722 and Hurley97's BEAMS swap thread. Presure2 made them one. The B pipes usually sell for around $200 for the 3rd gen or BEAMS. The biggest difference is where the O2 sensor mounts, but an exhaust shop can fix that easily. I don't see any on Ebay at the moment but there are probably several on Yahoo Auctions, if you're willing to pay the extra shipping.

Looking at this picture of an older 3S-GE, the flange going to the B pipe is different, so at that point the exhaust shop would be better off to just build a custom one anyway.
