So do you just replace the lower two bolts that mount to the knuckle with these?
And will that adjust the forward/backward angle? (caster?)

I know to adjust the Camber you need those sliding plate top strut mounts.

Does anybody use these?
Mines not lowered but it's been punched in the nose before. I just want to make sure that once I get some new struts it will be fully adjustable so they can line it up nice and straight.

'cam' does not equal the short for 'camber' bolts. just an fyi.

Camber bolts work just fine, I have them on my car.
I haven't used these ones before though.
I have two OEM ones and two aftermarket ones (they're on ebay).

Like what mkernz said. Cam and camber is two totally different things. Lol. But to answer your question. I have ichiba rear camber bolts and they work fine. You can use the oem "crash bolt" which is the same thing or he eBay camber bolts. They all work.

Right, I assumed "cam" meant like a cam lock mechanism like a cheap desk At target or something.
But I figured these would adjust the "caster" (front to back) angle, not the camber(side to side)


How about adjusting the tow in the rear do you have to buy some nice coil-overs before you can do that?

I assume most of this is because the struts and mounts are wasted, but I want to find out what other parts I should be replacing while I'm at it.

Toe is adjusted by the rear adjustable control arms. Front is adjusted by the tierod ends.

We don't have a caster adjustment. It's kind of a just adjust everything else to spec and hope that the caster is within the oem specs lol

ya know, after I posted it this morning and thought about it, that is exactly what I figured. ? the inner and outer tie rod would control the toe, and those arms in the back have some sort of a bolt on them too.
The deal is , when I got it aligned the guy told me that the toe in the rear wasn't adjustable, and that was as straight as he could get it without replacing some bent component.
now me thinks he's just too Lazy, if you look at that pic in the link it shows before measurements and after. it's as if he attempted to adjust the right rear a bit and then didn't finish it.



for $6 I should just get them anyway. but I think they're $6 each.

^I would never use plastic inserts for the camber adjustment..

Anything that is bent should be replaced.
