I think he's wanting to stay 5x100 and get a replacement hub, not do a conversion.

If you don't want a conversion then Celica only. Maybe corollas but not sure.

im guessing theres some work to be done in the conversion
well in that case, just celica... part numbers on toyo, list some japanse curren, corona, and caldina... but these are the same..

i need two for both sides and looking for the motor mounts. my celi is sitting at home getting a new rack and pinion installed and i might as well get everthing fixed while im at it. pepboys, autozone and advance auto dont have the hubs so.im looking for alternatives or see if anyone has em here

Since you're already replacing the hubs. I'd suggest just doing the conversion. The conversion is all bolt on. No mods are needed. The only mod you need to do is to press the front hubs out but either way you're still going to need to do that to replace the hub. Lol. Might as well do the conversion.

okay how about money wise? will the conversion cost as much as replacing them or a little more costly?
>
Its all the same process. I'd expect to pay the same. Only thing is...if you don't have 5x114 rims then you need to go get a set.
Actually. I take that back. It costs about 150-250 more to do the conversion on your case. Since you'll need to buy new 5x114 rotors. But the total costs that I'm looking at for my conversion. Is roughly $500 for labor cost and parts.

I also had to replace the hubs on my celica , after pulling
a set off my parts car to find out that they we also bad. The metal on the hub where the inner race contacts the hub wears down then
the hub doesn't fix tightly inside the bearing. long story short partsgeek.com has oem hubs cheaper than anybody else.
partsgeek.com are the cheapest hubs I could find , and when the arrived it was great to find out that they were oem

If the hubs are bad, your bearings will most likely be gone/have signs of wear as well.

There is a bit a of chicken and the egg thing with the hubs and bearings... essentially wear in one will quickly wear out the other and they will destroy each other... you can try some junk yard cars but considering the price of *good* bearings (Timken, etc) you might want to fall on the grenade and get brand new hubs... the key is to get brand new axle nuts (there is a TSB on it) and make sure you keep those torque to spec.

I've got a good set sitting in my basement. Nothing wrong with them just took them off to convert to 5x114.3 lug pattern. Pm me if your interested. I'll let the set of 2 go for $85 shipped
